By accessing or using the DBUNK platform at dbunk.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DBUNK provides AI-assisted and human-verified fact-checking of news articles and published content. Results are for informational purposes and represent our team's good-faith analysis based on available evidence at the time of review.
Fact-check results reflect available evidence at time of publication. DBUNK does not guarantee results are exhaustive, final, or free from error. Users should apply their own judgment and consult primary sources.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
New accounts receive one free fact-check upon registration. This expires 48 hours after account creation if unused. Limited to one per person and may not be transferred.
You may not use the Service to harass or defame individuals, manipulate fact-check outcomes, or use automated means to access the Service without written consent. You may not resell results without attribution.
All fact-check results, analysis, and platform content are owned by DBUNK and Twin Designs and Tech LLC. You may share individual results with attribution. You may not reproduce methodology or datasets for commercial purposes without a written license.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DBUNK MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DBUNK AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
